Chili Rellenos Quiche

Ingredients
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 (4-ounce cans) chopped green chilies
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 4 cups grated Cheddar or Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the ingredients together on the order in which they are listed here. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes clean.
