Caramel Pecan Pie
This scrumptous twist on the classic southern pecan pie is a guaranteed winner!

Ingredients
- 24 caramel candies
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
Combine caramels, butter, and milk in saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Cool slightly. Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt together. Gradually add the caramel mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until set.
