Ingredients
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup of honey (More or less depending on the sweetness of the Cantaloupe.)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
Preparation
Remove skin and seeds from cantaloupe
Puree Cantaloupe in food processor or blender with honey and Mint leaves until you reach a smooth consistency
Refreigerate until ready to serve
Just before serving whisk in heavy cream
