Baked Fruit with Sherry

Ingredients
- 3 large can peaches, sliced
- 3 large can pears
- 2 can Pineapple chunks
- 1 Stick butter (8 tbs)
- 1/2 Box brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Sherry
Preparation
Spray baking dish. Drain fruit; arrange in baking dish;
Sprinkle with brown sugar. Melt butter and pour over fruit and sugar. Add sherry.
Bake in 400° uncovered approx. 40 minutes or until brown.
Serve warm.
Garnish with Whipped cream
NOTE: I count 2pears halves and 2 peach halves (depending on size) per person
