Baked Egg Custard with Gruyere and Chives

Ingredients
- 2 cup coarsely grated Gruyere
- ½ cup Chopped Chives
- 10 eggs
- 1.5 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
Preparation
1.Sprinkle Gruyere and chives evenly into buttered shallow baking dish
2.Blend eggs, milk, cream cheese, and nutmeg in blender with 1/2t pepper and 1/4t salt till smooth.
3. Pour over Gruyere and chives and bake until puffed, set, and golden at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
