Apple Cider Syrup
Warm apple cider syrup for pancakes, waffles, or French Toast. Tastes like an apple cinnamon roll.

Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs. corn starch
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
Preparation
Over medium heat, bring to a boil apple cider, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Cook until smooth. Remove from heat and add ¼ cup butter. Mix until melted. Serve warm. Syrup stores well in a covered container in the refrigerator.
